Summer Preferred Deadline: Applications must be submitted by February 28. Priority will be given to those with earlier submissions. Those submitted after deadline will be accepted, but with very low priority.

Year Round Deadline: There is currently no deadline for those seeking weekend and vacation VI positions. We will keep those applications on file for when requests come to the VI Committee.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee must accompany Application - $15, follow the prompts after submitting the form to submit payment.

Part of the experience for the VI is being able to enjoy the area to which they are visiting. You can enhance their experience by thinking of options in advance that would make this experience fun for the Visiting Instructor. Please be hospitable by offering some opportunity to the traveling VI. Contact the VIP Committee if you need ideas for this.

Expenses
The committee will make every effort to assign a VI so your travel expenses for the VI are as low as possible. Please indicate the maximum amount your club, center or region can spend on travel expenses (although we do not make travel arrangements, it will help us figure estimates from airports).

Securing help with Instruction
It is our pledge to do our best to secure a VI for your program. If our applicants are in low number, we may not be able to provide for all camps. However, we will communicate with you our situation and assist in providing names of a potential PC graduate that maybe able to assist with your program.
Understand VI work restriction *Do you completely understand that the VI is not to work more than five days per week and no more than seven hours per day and that there is to be at least one adult (over 25 yr old) who is in the role of official supervisor during all the VI sessions?
