Welcome to the new National Youth Board Web pages! The National Youth Board (NYB) is a small group of twenty dedicated older members of the United States Pony Clubs, that function to increase communication between the organization's government and its members. In addition, the Board provides USPC Committees with a member's insight into aspects of the organization under consideration, as well as bringing forth ideas and proposals regarding issues that the National Youth Board feels need further attention. The National Youth Board was created in 2009 by delegates from the 2008 National Youth Council.
In order to maintain a workable Board size the regions have been divided into 10 ares. Every year one of the delegates from each of the ten areas will be replaced, providing a rotating term of two years that maintains linearity of the NYB agenda. The areas contain regions as defined below:

Area 1: Alaska, Big Sky, Inland Empire, Northwest, Oregon
Area 2: Camino Real, Hawaii, Middle California, Sierra Pacific, Southern California
Area 3: Intermountain, Rocky Mountain, Southwest
Area 4: Lakeshore, Midwest, Northern Lakes, North Central Prairie
Area 5: Cimarron, Deep South, Red River, Rio Grande
Area 6: Great Lakes, Heartland, Midsouth, Tri-State
Area 7: Carolina, South, Sunshine
Area 8: Capital, Delmarva, Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Old Dominion, Virginia
Area 9: Metropolitan, New York Upper Connecticut, Western New England, Western New York
Area 10: Central New England, Northeast, Southeastern New England, White Mountain
