The Board of Governors voted unanimously at their meeting on Saturday, November 6, 2010 to move the Riding Center Program from the "beta or testing" phase to that of a regular program of the USPC.
The Board also voted to accept the proposed governance structure for the Riding Center Program as has been outlined in earlier communications. Below are links to the notes from the presentation to the Board of Governors.
