This are the most recent proposed revisions to the Corporate, Regional and Club by-laws. These revisions are marked to show changes from the proposed by-laws that were circulated in December and discussed during the annual meeting in January. We took into consideration all of the comments that we received and made a number of revisions as a result. Probably the most significant change we made was to limit the new consultation process for rejecting memberships to renewing members.
We intend to put these by-law changes on the agenda for discussion and possible adoption at the meeting of the Board of Governors on May 16. Comments on these changes are welcome and can be e-mailed to Peggy Entrekin, Executive Director and should be sent in by April 24th, 2008.
