All current COVID protocols will be in effect. Please note the following measures will be in place on the day of the show:
We are counting on everyone in attendance to adhere to the following rules so that we may continue to offer shows at SAPC this year. Anyone who does not follow these guidelines is putting themselves, others, and SAPC at risk and will be asked to leave the grounds by show management.
If you are feeling sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please remain home.
All unmounted persons should wear a mask and observe social distancing rules.
All entries and payments will be submitted online. Ride times will be assigned to those who submit a completed online entry form, current coggins (via photo or PDF upload), and payment (via PayPal).
The Show Secretary will NOT be checking coggins or accepting payments the day of the show.
Riders may arrive ONE HOUR before their assigned ride time and must exit the show grounds once their division is scored and ribbons are awarded. Please limit the number of people who accompany you to the show to a maximum of two people (e.g. trainer and parent).
Rider packets will be available for pick up with the Secretary.
*EDIT - Water will not be available, you will need to bring your own water*
