Southwest Region Quiz Rally 2024

(This will be a Qualifying Rally for 2024 Championships)

Sunday May 5th, 2024
9:00am – 2:30pm (Registration opens at 8am)
Event held at The Barn, 642 N. 159th Ave., Goodyear, AZ
Cost is $25 – includes Lunch

A Quiz Rally will challenge Pony Club members to learn horsemanship
and horse care, and provide them with an opportunity to display and
learn good sportsmanship, leadership, stewardship, and teamwork as they prepare thoroughly, plan and cooperate with their teammates, and take winning or losing in stride.

Classroom Phase – questions answered orally in allotted time frame
Stations Phase – may be written, hands-on, or even games
Barn Phase – questions or demonstrations in barn setting
Mega Room – matching identification of all things equine related
Written Phase – multiple choice questions completed individually

All material will be specific to the members’ certification levels, so there’s something for everyone! Even Unrated members can participate!

Parents – this is a fun event to volunteer for – no horse knowledge required!
Come be a judge and see what your child has been learning!
