Passing of the Whip

Each year, the Convention is "closed" as the hosting region ceremonially passes the "whip" to the following year's hosting region.

Dessert Dash

A fun new addition to the Saturday Night Banquet in 2020 is the Dessert Dash! A variety of cakes, pies, and other delights will be on display for your choosing and eating pleasure.

Each banquet table will have the opportunity to compete for a dessert of your choice by pooling your money together to be the highest bidders and the first to dash to your favorite dessert.  Each table will send your fastest dasher to dash to the display of goodies and claim your table’s dessert prize.  Join us for this high stakes, high-energy dash to dessert domination. All proceeds benefit our gracious hosts the Northwest Pony Club Region.

Banquet & Dance

Enjoy all the presentations along with a fine meal and dessert and then hit the dance floor to finish the night off!

Banquet tickets are only available in conjunction with a Convention registration and must be purchased by the closing of regular registration.

Sponsoring a Table Reserve a table for you and your friends!
Once you have registered for the Saturday Night Awards Banquet, you have the option of sponsoring a banquet table. Tables seat ten and your preferred verbiage will be displayed at your sponsored table. The sponsorship of a reserved table does NOT include banquet tickets - individual banquet tickets must be purchased by all ten individuals sitting at your table. Please send a list of people who will be sitting at your table to the Activities Coordinator no later than January 17, 2020. If your table is not filled by January 17, 2020, it will be filled by other banquet attendees.

There is a limited amount of tables available, on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment, and we cannot guarantee placement.

Please note: Only attendees/guests who have a banquet ticket will be seated. No exceptions.
