Championships Eligibility Information
Members who wish to compete at the USPC Championships must meet the age, certification, and competition eligibility requirements as outlined in the rulebooks and in the document below. The Regional Supervisor for the member must mark any eligibilities prior to the member’s ability to register. Any Championships discipline/division for which a competitor is eligible to compete will be listed on their Championships competitor page (accessible from the member’s online profile). If the discipline/division for which the competitor wishes to register is not displayed, please contact your Regional Supervisor for clarification.

Championships Eligibility Exceptions
Procedure for Requesting Championships Competition Exceptions, Mount Substitutions, and Shared Mount Requests
  1. All requests must be submitted by the RS (VRS) through the online registration system and include all required information. Incomplete requests will not be considered.
  2. Following submission, all communications about the requests will be though the USPC National Office.
  3. If additional information or documentation is requested, it must be submitted via the online system.
  4. A panel will review the request, possibly asking for more information and make their recommendation to the VP of Activities.
  5. The VP of Activities makes final decision and the National Office informs the submitter of the final decision.

  2. Name of mount (when applicable)

Required Forms
Championships Coaches Form - to be completed by each coach of a Championships team or any competitor who wishes to have an individual coach.
Chaperone Duties Form - to be completed by the chaperone of each Championships team.
Junior/Senior Rally Team Acknowledgement Form - to be completed by any junior member (under 18) wishing to compete on a team with senior members (18 and over).

Gymkhana
An open Gymkhana competition is available to members and non-members of Pony Club alike! Entries compete over three days with the addition of an educational, judged, horse management experience.
