must be done in addition to the List of Locations for that activity

Don't forget!  Any participants who are not members of Pony Club, must complete the General Activities Release for Non-Members. This must be collect and kept on file.
 
Please note: If your activity is an one-day event, please list the date of the activitity in
BOTH the start and end date.
