NYB Delegate Application Deadline
The National Youth Board (NYB) is a group of twenty dedicated older members of the United States Pony Clubs, which aims to increase communication between the organization's government and its members. Members serve on USPC National Committees and as a Board work together on specific projects to benefit the Pony Club membership. Deadline to submit an application to serve on the National Youth Board is October 1.

Brookfield Conservation Award Deadline
The Brookfield Conservation Award rewards efforts for the promotion of land conservation through member, club or regional dedication and hard work. Applicants may be a club, region, or individual, and up to two $500 awards may be given yearly. The deadline for submissions is November 1st.

USPC Flash Teamwork Award Deadline
Kathy Aranosian (owner of Flash, the USPC 50th Anniversary Breyer Model) is sponsoring a yearly contest, for which she will supply a perpetual trophy, to encourage the kind of teamwork generated by her club when they were writing about Flash. Entries must be postmarked by October 15th.

Visiting Instruction Program Summer Deadline
The VIP program is an opportunity for older Upper Level members to travel to clubs, centers, and regions across the nation to share their knowledge and hone their teaching skills. Applications to become a VI and to have a VI come teach are accepted throughout the year for dates through out the year. However, to facilitate the high demand during the summer, a deadline of February 28 has been established.

USPC USEF Pony Finals Declaration due
USEF Pony Jumper Championships takes place each summer at the Kentucky Horse Park in conjunction with the United States Pony Finals. The competition is run by USEF and includes a Team Championship and an Individual Championships. Each Zone within USEF is represented and USEF has graciously allowed USPC to send a team each year.

Each year USPC inducts up to 8 Pony Club alumni into the Academy of Achievement who have been outstanding in their fields after leaving Pony Club and are selected from submitted nominations by a National Committee.

USPC Festival 2021
The week-long Pony Club Festival is held every three years at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY. More than 3,000 Pony Club members, volunteers, and families participate in this special event. The National Championships are held the first three days. Two more days follow with mounted and unmounted clinics and workshops taught by Pony Club graduates, Olympians, and equine industry professionals.
