The mission of the IEA is to introduce students in private and public middle and secondary schools to equestrian sports and to promote and improve the quality of equestrian competition and instruction. Students compete in competitions where the horses are supplied. They draw a name out of a hat and ride the horse in a class against others of similar ability level.

The Retired Racehorse Project (RRP) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization working to increase demand for off-track Thoroughbreds in the equestrian world. The Rising Equestrian Pro helps young riders strategically prepare for a professional riding/training career.
