The chance to visit another country, or to be part of a host country's team, is a special opportunity for Pony Club members.  Take a look at some of the recent exchanges and what our members had to say about their experience.

Mounted Games

Annually the United States Pony Clubs selects a team to participate in an International Mounted Games Exchange among Great Britain, Canada, the United States, and Australia. The hosting of the Exchange is rotated among the countries involved.  To that end, the emphasis of the three-week tour is a cultural exchange among the teams from the participating countries because it offers a variety of educational experiences unique to the host country. The competition, which takes place among teams from the participating countries at the end of the tour, is secondary to the main purpose of the exchange: making friends and learning about the people, customs, and culture of the host country.  View current and past USPC Mounted Games Team postings on their Facebook page!

Inter-Pacific

The Inter-Pacific Exchange is a cultural exchange between Pony Club countries that line the Pacific Ocean - United States, Canada, Hong Kong/China and Australia/New Zealand.  During the exchange, teams will compete for the Nation's Cup.  Depending on the host country, the competition may be either a Show Jumping or an Eventing style competition.  This exchange is a all about having wonderful time meeting new people and learning about different cultures.
